Dinner: Pumpkin & red lentil soup with toast

Simple
Yum
Reheated

This batch has lasted me 9 serves. Still not sick of it yet because its so yum. 

1/2 butternut pumpkin, 1/2 onion, 1/2 red lentils. Water soymilk cheese to thicken. Salt pepper. Could not be easier.
